The Upbringing

Piyush Pandey was born in the Pink City– Jaipur– of India, in the year 1955. He did his schooling from St. Xavier’s School, then his MA from St Stephen’s College, Delhi. He is a Post Graduate in History from the University of Delhi. He has also played for Ranji Trophy and worked as a tea taster before getting into advertising.

Vision

Piyush Pandey, now designated as the chief creative officer (CCO) of Ogilvy, to be in effect from 1st January 2019. He is the iconic advertising veteran, an intellectual asset of India, along with it Piyush Pandey also pronounces about the expansion of Ogilvy, he aims to grow the team of creative council to 20 members, he mentions that his team will have female leaders as well and that he plans on recruiting 20 female creative leaders by the year 2020.

1988 – led the iconic campaign for the national literary mission – “Mile Sur Mera”

2014 – led the 2014 election campaign for BJP

2016 – awarded Padma Shri award.

2018 – honoured with the Lion of St. Mark award.
